Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage core catalog operations for retail and third-party products.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of catalog-related issues reported by sellers to identify root causes.
  • Enhance customer shopping experience through strategic Buybox configuration for key products and support for special projects.
  • Communicate system error improvement requests to relevant teams to prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mainly communicates within the team and with relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Fosters collaboration among cross-functional teams to improve product catalog quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Chinese Traditional Language is mandatory.
  • Experience in seller or customer consulting is necessary.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce business models is required.

Bilingual proficiency in English or Korean is preferred. Experience using Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is also advantageous.


For this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills when collaborating with internal stakeholders.
