Catalog Operations Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Catalog Operations Manager to lead our core catalog operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing catalog information, training team members, and serving as the primary point of contact for catalog-related inquiries from sellers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying system errors. They will also possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Conduct thorough investigations into catalog-related issues reported by sellers
- Enhance customer shopping experiences through buybox configuration and support for special projects
- Identify and communicate system error improvement requests to relevant teams to prevent recurrence
- Develop and implement process improvements that drive business results
- Lead regular communication with upper-level managers and stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in using Excel or similar data analysis tools
- Experience in managing teams and conducting root cause analysis
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and customer service principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English (required) and Korean (desired)
