Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in managing core catalog operations related to retail and 3P products. This role involves registering, editing, and deleting catalog information, as well as training team members.

The Voice of Seller (VOS) team serves as the primary point of contact for catalog-related inquiries from sellers. We work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the quality of Coupang's product catalog.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chinese Traditional Language Available
  • Experience in seller or customer consulting

Bilingual Proficiency a Plus: English or Korean language skills are highly valued in this role.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct root cause analysis on catalog-related issues reported by sellers
  • Perform tasks accurately according to guidelines and procedures
  • Deliver information and respond according to manual
