Job Description

This position involves managing core catalog operations related to our retail and third-party products, including registration, editing, and deletion of catalog information. The ideal candidate will have experience in seller or customer consulting and a strong understanding of e-commerce business models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis on catalog-related issues reported by sellers, enhancing customer shopping experiences through Buybox configuration, and identifying system error improvement requests. Additionally, they will be able to guide work to junior team members and manage compliance with guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English or Korean
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
