Senior TV Technology Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our TV Technology team in Hsinchu Taiwan. This role will drive innovation, focusing on feature vs cost leadership, and execute Roku's Technology strategy to productize key innovations. You'll work closely with industry partners, universities, ODMs, and vendors to stay ahead in the ever-evolving TV technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in TV engineering leadership roles, with hands-on passion for prototyping and a track record of leading technology teams with proof-points deployed in mass production. They'll possess expertise in areas like Machine Learning, System Architecture, Picture Quality, Video Processing, and Display Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
