Job Title: Technical Director

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our technical initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor field, especially in Epitaxy or Thin Film/PEALD or PECVD/LPCVD module process development.
  • Skills: Solid technical understanding of advanced CMOS fabrication processing, integrated flow, chemistry, and physics. Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations.
