The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operations planning and cost management principles.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our operations team in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating projects with multiple departments, building timelines, and adjusting plans based on execution and capabilities.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Research, or related field
  • Five years of experience in operations planning and cost management
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and software systems such as ERP and MES/MAM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and programming languages such as VBA, Java Script, HTML, SQL, Python, JMP
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and actionable manner
  • Proven ability to plan, drive, and complete projects effectively
