Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist
Purpose: To develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract top talent across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Fully manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to hiring for positions in the region.
  2. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs ensuring a seamless succession plan.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and implement effective hiring strategies.
  4. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  5. Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as a top employer.
  6. Create engaging recruitment marketing content and build relationships with universities networks and partners.
  7. Represent the company at career fairs industry events and on digital platforms.
  8. Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Experience & Engagement
We are looking for a skilled professional who can analyze employee engagement survey results and collaborate with leaders to create improvement plans. Conduct focus groups feedback sessions and workshops to gather insights into employee needs. Organize initiatives programs to foster collaboration well-being and a positive workplace culture. Develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance employee experience ensuring alignment with company values.

Talent Development & Business Partner Support
We need a collaborative team player who can work closely with functional leaders to identify development needs guide performance management and support career growth. Design deliver training programs to build leadership and professional capabilities drive key people initiatives within assigned functions. Provide actionable workforce insights to help business leaders make informed decisions.
