Our organization seeks a professional with expertise in the oversight of construction and testing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, while also coordinating daily operations between various teams.

Responsibilities
  • Implement safety protocols for construction and testing activities
  • Coordinate daily operations between construction and testing parties
  • Work varying roster patterns including day and night shifts
  • Educate Train Drivers and OCC Operators on temporary operation procedures
  • Verify that Train Drivers and OCC Operators are competent and certified for their tasks
  • Establish fatigue management strategies for Train Drivers and OCC Operators
  • Provide detailed instructions to Train Drivers for manual train movements, including speed and stop points
  • Collect activity programs and instructions from the Permit to Work Officer
  • Support the Senior TCO in managing traffic for various rail vehicles
  • Issue Train Mission Orders to test Train Drivers and record communication methods
  • Coordinate track access requests with the Permit to Work Office
Requirements
  • Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or Information Technology degree
  • Technical background with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
