Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to ensure timely delivery of the controller responsible. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.

  • Perform quality control on incoming components by inspecting their appearance, specifications, dimensions, and quantities to ensure they match the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Configure and assemble circuit boards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and electrical wiring diagrams, followed by a self-inspection to verify correct installation.
  • Pre-assemble all necessary signal cables for production controllers, complete the pre-production process, and store semi-finished products to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Update controller assembly specifications in accordance with project requirements to meet design demands.
  • Complete interface line connections and labeling for air supply components and various transmission devices before testing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct functional tests on production controllers' circuits, components, and related product control test files, correction reports, and completion documents to guarantee proper operation before shipping.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the electrical assembly area, adhering to 5S standards, meeting customer audit or internal audit requirements.
  • Assist the test team in resolving anomalies during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality awareness.
  • Able to use basic tools - screwdriver, voltage meter, wrench.
  • One year or more experience in semiconductor equipment assembly or repair.
