Electrical Engineering Team Lead Position

To drive innovation and excellence, we are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering Team Lead to oversee the design and development of high-power density AC/DC and DC/DC systems for server, telecom, datacenter, and industrial applications.

As an Electrical Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing efficient, reliable, and cost-effective power systems that enable business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with 12+ years of experience in PSU, UPS, and BBU design. A bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of electrical engineers to design and develop high-power density AC/DC and DC/DC systems.

  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, power conversion, and system integration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project deliverables and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow professionally and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience in PSU, UPS, and BBU design.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, power conversion, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with software implementation and design is preferred.
