EHS and Sustainability Senior Audit Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced EHS and Sustainability professional to lead our audit program. As an EHS and Sustainability Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of our EHS and Sustainability management systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct EHS and Sustainability audits to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal standards.
  • Coordinate audit schedules between multiple international sites with internal and external business partners.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to ensure timely completion and follow-up audits.
  • Analyze audit data for trends and systemic issues to demonstrate the effectiveness of the audit program.
  • Monitor and evaluate process connectivity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of EHS and Sustainability management systems through lessons learned and adoption of best practices.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Auditing experience: Minimum 5 years in EHS and Sustainability management systems auditing.
  • Operational experience: At least 5 years in EHS and Sustainability operations and management systems within manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, equipment, and processes in electronics manufacturing and related EHS and Sustainability risks.
  • Compliance and auditing: Proven experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with EHS and Sustainability standards.
  • Process improvement: Successful track record in leading and implementing projects that enhance process connectivity and efficiency.
