Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating external warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, inventory accuracy, and timely material flow. You will execute and manage job orders for inbound and outbound material flows via automation interfaces, optimize task sequencing to maximize system throughput, and identify unauthorized material requests to prevent safety or compliance risks.

About the Role

You will be part of a team that ensures efficient storage location assignments based on real-time inventory changes, track and manage non-batch materials to ensure proper rotation based on arrival time or expiration date, minimize waste and ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO execution.

Skill Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities, be flexible with job responsibilities and work hour assignments, and possess effective communication skills to collaborate across shifts. Additionally, you should have a TOEIC score of 700 or above and proficient skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as data analysis capabilities.
