1. Manage capacity heatmap for line direction visibility.
2. Capacity audit and P2P (performance to plan gap) of MA/RPT/MU.
3. Cross departments communication on capacity and related metrics.
4. Work closely with both ME/IE Engineers in analysis and find out opportunities of capacity.
5. Identify capacity gap through industrial engineering and manufacturing science leadership training.
6. Creation and validation of capacity indices/metrics and reports.
7. Maxout project.
8. SIPP project.
9. Offload project.
10. Utilization project.
