Senior Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our manufacturing facility.

This role involves providing technical support to ensure safe operation of all production equipment in line with regulations and customer requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of chemical processes along with excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill production requirement and lead field activity for volume ramp-up
• Develop standard operation procedures and ensure specific disciplines are in place.
• Lead continuous improvement, process optimization, and site matching with MT, DE, Quality, CI, and related functions.
• Manage production activities, including production plan, trouble shooting, investigation of quality issues, and follow up action after audit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Science/Engineering or related fields is required.
• Years of process engineering experience
• Data analysis capability and technical reporting with 6 sigma concepts
• Independent problem-solving capability
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to be a team player
• Good English language skills
