Your Role, Your Impact

You will be in charge of NPI & production for ASIC & Processor products, driving quality and efficiency through data-driven methods and process-oriented approaches.

What You Can Expect

  • Analyzing testing data to optimize yield and improve product quality
  • Tracking major schedule milestones and ensuring on-time delivery according to the production backlog
  • Designing and implementing production methods that guarantee product quality, working with Operations and Planning to support customer needs
  • Providing timely product engineering support to all customer returns, collaborating with Quality engineering to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in wafer level testing and final testing, with statistical analysis capabilities
  • Ability to run cross-functional meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
