關於 Dcard 的廣告團隊

廣告團隊致力於打造用戶與產品間的良好媒合生態系,是 Dcard 面向品牌方提供廣告、行銷企劃等服務的團隊,你將和 Sales Manager 及廣告專員們共同合作,深入了解品牌方的實際需求並向品牌方進行廣告企劃提案,幫助品牌方建立與 Dcard 使用者的橋樑,更好的協助品牌方進行品牌曝光與產品推廣。

你將在團隊參與⋯

  • 與 Sales Manager 根據客戶需求進行行銷提案發想、策略規劃
  • 進行多樣有趣的專案執行,包含實體活動、影音拍攝與口碑操作等多元專案,並追蹤成效與結案數據分析
  • 常與夥伴們進行 Brainstorming 討論出年輕人感興趣的企劃
  • 針對 Dcard 多元產業行銷發展進行專案優化,讓 Dcard 廣告專案服務更好且被更多使用者喜歡

我們期待看到一個優秀的 Campaign Planner 具備以下特質與能力

  • 具備 2 年以上行銷工作經驗,並熟悉實體活動規劃與執行
  • 抗壓性高,具備良好的時間管理與調適能力
  • 具備良好溝通協調能力,能整合跨部門意見、提出好的解方
  • 擁有廣告或行銷專案經驗(提案/策略/執行),了解專案從 0 到 1 的流程
  • 具商業敏銳度,能理解客戶需求並轉化為有效的行銷方案
  • 樂於合作,能與團隊共同打造被使用者喜歡的廣告體驗

  • 對於數據洞察有高敏感度,可以從數據中看見背後意涵轉化成廣告溝通點
  • 擁有影音/內容轉換相關經驗背景
  • 熱愛接受最新資訊、各種情報,且熟悉網路用語&流行
  • 熱衷在 Dcard 上發文/回覆/看文章

薪資待遇

  • 月薪:38,000 元 ~ 48,000 元
