【Candidate Profile 】

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of executive leadership experience in electronics, interconnect, or automotive-related ODM/OEM sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing P&L, global clients, and multi-site operations.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering in high-tech hardware.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; experience working with international clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  • Be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of this ODM business operations—P&L, strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and customer development.
