About the Role

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our retail businesses for Evoria and Nippon Matcha. You'll be the strategic force behind our US-centric operations, ensuring seamless management of Amazon and Shopify channels while leading a talented team to fuel growth. This on-site role in Taipei offers the chance to collaborate closely with content creators, KOLs, and external partners to elevate our brand presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Leadership:
  Command full oversight of Amazon and Shopify platforms, focusing on US market. Analyze performance metrics, back-solve for profitability, and implement strategies to optimize and expand our online presence.
• Amazon Expertise:
  Master keyword advertising, conduct in-depth profitability analysis, and drive growth through data-driven optimizations.
• Shopify Mastery:
  Leverage best practices to enhance our Shopify storefront, integrate affiliate networks, and boost conversion rates for maximum efficiency.
• Team Management:
  Lead a small team of content creators, inspiring them to produce high-quality, purposeful content that resonates with our audience. Foster a collaborative environment where creativity meets business goals.
• KOL & Partnership Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
• Advertising Collaboration:
  Partner with an external ad agency to launch and manage effective Meta and Google ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Multi-year hands-on experience managing both Amazon and Shopify platforms, with a strong focus on US-based e-commerce.
• Proven ability to operate independently—no hand-holding needed You're self-motivated, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce analytics, keyword strategies, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and external relationships.
• Strong command of English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus for our Taipei-based operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
