Your key responsibilities

• To handle telephone calls and support/follow up on customer requests:
• To provide administrative internal and customer support:
• To provide facility service:
• To acknowledge and strictly follow SHE policy in all activities.
• Take initiative and prioritize in order to support the account manager
• Projects/special assignments

You bring

• At least 2 years experience in similar fields
• Excellent skills in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Managing secretary skills and nutritionist diploma
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal in Chinese and English
