About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented 
Assistant Sales Associate
 to support our international sales efforts. In this role, you'll help manage incoming sales inquiries from around the world and act as the vital link between our sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams. While you don't need a technical background, you do need to be fast on your feet, organized, and an excellent communicator—especially over email.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in an international sales environment and gain exposure to how hardware products are sold and supported globally.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to and manage incoming international sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Coordinate internally with engineering and manufacturing teams to gather and relay information needed to support pre- and post-sales questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and internal follow-ups
  • Assist with quote preparation, order tracking, and basic customer support tasks
  • Ensure a smooth hand-off from sales to fulfillment, addressing any questions that arise
  • Flag and escalate complex inquiries appropriately
  • Support other sales-related tasks and projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written communication skills, particularly over email
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up on product and process knowledge quickly
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing follow-ups across teams
  • Professional, proactive, and organized
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
  • Familiarity with international business communication is helpful but not required

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Experience working with a CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Exposure to working in or supporting a manufacturing or hardware-focused environment
