Position Summary

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Deliver educational support and information to healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and provide regular updates on performance.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales in Taiwan.
  • Familiarity with local healthcare systems and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and patient-centered values.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales activities.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Taiwan, with travel required to support business operations.
