Role Overview:
As the Global Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy across the Giant Group. We seek a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, builds programs from scratch, and influences without formal authority. This role requires strong collaboration across borders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with global and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment
• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
• Provide support for overseas recruitment needs when required, ensuring alignment with local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Employer Branding
• Enhance Giant Group's employer brand through targeted initiatives and campaigns.
• Position the organization as an employer of choice in competitive global markets.
- Workforce and Organization Planning
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast short-term and long-term staffing needs.
• Lead manpower planning and periodic review for the entire group, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Drive organizational planning and talent optimization initiatives.
- Employee Experience
• Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle—from hiring to retirement.
• Implement best practices for retention, engagement, and career development programs.
- HR Information System and Analytics
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and decision-making.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements in HR.
• Survey, select, and implement a global Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications:
1.Master's degree in related field - Human Resources development, Learning Design, Psychology, Coaching, Organization Development, Adult Education.
2.Proven experience in building successful staffing programs with 3years above.
Hands-on approach with strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
Excellent communication skills to connect with colleagues globally with fluent in English and Mandarin is required
Global perspective, understanding cultural nuances.
Prior experience within a Global Headquarters HR function is highly valued.
