About the role

We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about building the excellent HR policies, process and operations, even using cutting-edge AI technology continuously improving daily work .This role is based in the Agile Service Department of Human Resources Center and responsible for designing and implementing the global standard employee services, including but not limited to organization and workforce management, movement, off-boarding process, driving competence performance management,…etc. to create an excellent service of employee experiences in Asus.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage people systems (HRIS) and lead related processes, policies or guidelines enhancement.
  2. Lead/
    Support HR projects, competence performance management, off-boarding process,…etc.
  3. Provide timely advice and support upon employee requests or for internal HR teams
  4. Assist immigration tasks like work permit and/or visa for non-residents
  5. Organize and maintain accurate personal records and update internal databases.
  6. Open to take different challenges or back up teammates
  7. Engage in knowledge management and change management activities for projects and change requests.

  1. 3 years and above HR shared service experience
  2. High level of integrity
  3. Ability to demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. A good sense of confidentiality towards employee information.
  4. Clarity and accuracy toward data and information
  5. Adaptability to fast-paced environment and work/ tasks rotation
  6. Complex project management skills
  7. Excellence in root cause analysis and problem-solving skills for any issue arising
  8. Good computer literacy (excel, word, and powerpoint).
  9. Good communication and interpersonal skills, open to providing and receiving feedback.
  10. Good English proficiency.
  11. Overseas HR experience is preferred
  12. Experience in SAP or Service Now is preferred
