A leading international company in the iGaming industry is currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Taipei. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent growth potential.

About the Role

The Key Account Manager will play a central role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services. This position requires a proactive, client-focused professional with strong commercial acumen and proven sales experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive turnover growth and expand clients' customer base while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Lead business development initiatives through sales pitches, presentations, and tailored propositions, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Act as the key interface between clients and internal teams for business-related projects, supporting product, service, and feature rollouts.
  • Handle client requests, conduct research, and provide structured analyses with actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with internal teams across accounts, compliance, projects, and product to support the strategic development of client accounts.
  • Provide guidance and support to new clients preparing to launch live services and content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on benchmarking and price comparisons.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions with tailored sales pitches.
  • Analyze reporting and data to identify insights, communicate results, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Represent the full product portfolio, keeping clients informed about upcoming releases and opportunities while managing escalations and ensuring resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within iGaming.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities and social skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a strong analytical approach.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Reliable, responsible, and collaborative team player.
  • Presentable, willing to travel, and able to work outside standard office hours when needed.
