About the Hiring Company:

A new Chinese payment gateway is being established, and we are hiring a Key Account Manager to join the business unit team during this exciting startup phase. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and growing relationships with merchants, ensuring smooth communication, and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing account support to existing merchants assigned by the team lead.
  • Inform new and existing merchants about promotions, upgraded product lines, and new offers.
  • Notify merchants of any potential delivery delays or operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
  • Conduct cross-selling and up-selling to maximize merchant value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and develop effective sales plans.
  • The Successful Candidate:
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and processes within the PSP and FinTech industries in the APAC region (experience in the Chinese market is a plus).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the payment industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
