• Analyze internal regulations and system reports to propose risk control and process improvements.
• Participate in overseas internships, gain firsthand exposure to ASEAN collection operations, and drive improvement projects.

• 獨立執行電法催流程,並有效解決客戶疑問
• 處理車貸延滯案件,執行民刑事訴訟與強制執行等法律程序
• 維護法務資料、提供法律諮詢,並評估延滯損失風險
• 解讀內部規範與系統報表,提出風險控管與流程優化方案
• 參與海外實習,了解當地法催現況,提出改善建議並執行專案
