因應集團業務成長及團隊擴編,液空亞東正在尋找一位「槽車管理專員」,負責中南部槽車管理相關業務,確保液空亞東槽車團隊安全、穩定供應氣體,滿足客戶需求。

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • 車輛管理 :
  • 運輸車頭、貨/卡車的採購、報廢管理,確保車輛資源合理運用。
  • 建立並維護車輛台帳,包含車輛基本資料、保養紀錄、維修紀錄、行駛里程等。
  • 監督車輛使用狀況,確保符合公司規定與法規要求。
  • 設備維護與保養
  • 制定車輛與設備的定期保養與維修計劃,確保車輛與設備保持最佳運行狀態。
  • 監督車輛保養與維修作業,確保符合安全標準與品質要求。
  • 管理與聯繫維修廠商,處理重大維修問題,降低維修成本與時間。
  • 記錄並分析設備故障數據,提出改善方案以提升設備可靠性。
  • 法規與安全管理
  • 確保所有車輛與設備符合當地交通法規與環保標準。
  • 負責車輛保險投保與理賠事宜,處理交通事故報告與後續處理。
  • 培訓駕駛員與相關人員,提升駕駛員操作設備安全駕駛意識與應急處理能力。
  • 建立車輛安全管理制度,落實車輛檢查與風險評估機制。
  • 資料分析與報表管理
  • 編制車輛使用與維修報表,提供決策參考。
  • 分析車輛運行效率、維修趨勢、成本變化等數據,提出優化建議。
  • 應用資訊化工具(如 GPS、車隊管理系統)提升車輛管理效率。
  • 其他管理工作
  • 監控駕駛員行為,確保遵守安全駕駛規範與公司政策。
  • 負責管理亞東車輛(車頭、卡車與槽車)停放外租停車場安全
  • 其他主管交附事務

  • 學士以上,理工或工業工程及管理相關科系尤佳
  • 具備車輛、機械或其他設備維修管理經驗尤佳
