Amazon Development Center Taiwan is looking for an energetic, smart-working, and creative candidate to join our operation team in Taipei.

The Role And Responsibilities Include
[Supplier Management]

  • Own supplier (ODM/OEM/JDM) relationship and manage business escalations
  • Lead supplier (ODM/OEM/JDM) selection and contract negotiation
  • Provide overall management and support for all business negotiations, covering cost, supply, and all vendor funding agreements
  • Conduct regular business review with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement on scorecard performance
  • Establish a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, service and technology

[Cost Management]

  • Manage cost (Non-material charge and NRE) from project RFQ throughout end of life
  • Identifies and implements cost savings opportunities
  • Have strong knowledge base to come out should-be Non-material charge/NRE and action for business negotiation with suppliers
  • Familiar with leading RFQ activity and have ability to close the deal under financial guardrail

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
  • Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
