The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Semiconductor Sales to spearhead our sales efforts in the strategically important OEM customer, focusing on Asus commercial business. you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key decision-makers at Asus, and developing impactful product strategies for all products across our leading-edge semiconductor solution portfolio.
The Person
- Strong know-how in design-win, deal structuring, negotiation, and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at Asus across various commercial relative business units.
- Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis and identify opportunities to match our solutions with Asus's requirements.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions that showcase the competitive advantages of our products.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements in the semiconductor industry.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product strategies.
Preferred Experience
- Good experience in OEM background of product management.
- Deep understanding of the OEM product development flow, technology/Commercial market trends, and competitive landscape.
Academic Credentials
- Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline
