Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the PC ecosystem to create and deliver cutting-edge touchpad products.
  • Drive visionary leadership and strategic planning for the touch, sense, and haptic product portfolio targeting PCs.
  • Translate the needs of OEMs into comprehensive product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Touch, Sense, and Haptics ICs dedicated to notebook touchpad applications.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the PC OEM touchpad market and actively monitor competitor advancements in haptics and sensing.
  • Establish effective strategies and business models to boost adoption of touchpad technology in PC notebooks, including identifying key partners and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, engineering, and others—to align strategies and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in the semiconductor industry, especially within mixed-signal, touch, sense, and haptic sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and commercializing PC touchpad solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of haptic and/or sensing technologies (capacitive & force), DSP, actuator closed-loop control (LRAs or VCMs)
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with OEMs, ODMs, and to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, communication skills, and presentation proficiency.
