We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects involving mechanical components, including plastics, metals, and other materials. The role will work closely with global customers and suppliers to ensure excellence in cost, schedule, quality, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily manage mechanical component and small-scale product projects, overseeing the entire process from design to mass production.
  • Coordinate with customers (international OEM/ODM) to align requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and evaluate suppliers (metal/plastic parts, machining, tooling, assembly or ODM/OEM).
  • Oversee project cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, QA, outsourcing partners) for efficient execution.
  • Occasional business travel to support customer engagement and supplier discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or mechanical components development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
  • Good in English (written and spoken).
  • Integrity, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
