A global consumer electronics brand is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead performance-driven digital strategies and online channel growth across APAC markets. This role combines digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on brand website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with regional growth targets.
  • Manage brand-owned eCommerce channels and third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, Shopee, Momo), including product strategy, campaign planning, and store operations.
  • Optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and subscription LTV through data-driven experimentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across brand, product, design, and customer service to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Serve as the key contact for external media agencies, ensuring alignment on creative direction and campaign performance.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with strong strategic and executional capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience managing online sales channels and digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM strategies.
  • Experience with marketplace operations, Shopee is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to collaborate with international teams.
