Job Description

- 售後服務及客戶回饋:協助建立、完善售後服務制度,蒐集客戶對產品設備的意見和反饋,統整後與研發團隊長期合作規劃、改善產品。

- 產品安裝整合:提供客戶技術服務,參與協調外部廠商評估場域、規劃安裝產品設備、整合客戶端系統。

- 維修換貨管理:出差至客戶端進行產品設備的維修與問題排查。

- 客訴處理:處理客戶投訴與整合內部資源處理客訴事件,並即時回覆分析原因及改善報告。

Skills

- 電子、電機、資訊、通訊或相關領域的大學以上學歷,具備通訊設備、RF儀器校正、測試或檢修經驗。

- 兩年以上相關工作經驗,熟悉網通設備架設、線路問題排除等實務經驗。

- 良好的溝通技巧和客戶服務經驗,能有效處理客戶投訴並提供技術支持。
