  • 負責組織內硬體終端設備(如PC、NB、平板電腦、會議室設備)的配置、維護和管理,確保其正常運作

熟悉 Microsoft 365 與常見 OA 軟體

具備良好溝通能力與問題分析能力

熟悉 ITSM 軟體

熟悉 PowerShell 或其他程式自動化工具

有 Intune 或 Autopilot、Bitlocker管理經驗

有會議室設備管理經驗(如 Teams Rooms)

有使用SQL資料庫經驗

熟悉 ITIL 架構與 IT 服務管理流程,具備工單系統操作經驗如 Jira Service Management、ManageEngine、ServiceNow),或有實際導入/優化 IT 支援流程的經驗
