Your role

As a Sales Account Manager-tsmc, your mission is to [Build and train a high-performing KAM team with strong self-motivation and teamwork capabilities]. You will report to [Global Account Manager, tsmc].

You will

  • Build and train a high-performing KAM team with strong self-motivation and teamwork capabilities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics for all customer accounts. 
  • Drive Edwards' market share growth among Semiconductor and DSL customers.
  • Formulate pricing strategies aligned with budget goals and competitive dynamics.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels, including executives and decision-makers, to foster business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with FSE and STC teams to enhance field service contracts and pump overhaul service strategies.
  • Manage sales forecasts and budgets in coordination with KAMs and sales engineers.
  • Support global strategy execution by maintaining regular communication with worldwide Edwards teams on pricing, market trends, competitors, and business insights.

  • MS degree in Science or Semiconductor Engineering, or 6+ years of experience in semiconductor production, design, maintenance, and sales
  •  Skilled in technical selling and contract negotiation for deals valued at USD 15 million or more.
  • Capable of gaining customer trust through solid business and technical knowledge.
  • Highly motivated to win business and responsive to customer needs.
  • Familiar with OEM process equipment and vacuum/exhaust gas management requirements.
  • Good knowledge of semiconductor applications and workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and negotiate with senior fab leaders in Taiwan and abroad.
  • Self-driven, effective under pressure, and able to lead cross-functional teams while supporting post-sales activities.

 On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Hsinchu, Taiwan (TW). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
