Job Summary:

Provide support as per chef's instructions, prepare food, wash utensils and provide help in any other areas where help is needed. 依照廚師指示提供協助,進行食材準備、清洗餐具,並在其他需要的部分提供支援。 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support as per chef's instructions.依照廚師指示提供協助。
  • Assist in preparing catering orders; ensure orders are processed in an accurate manner.協助準備餐飲訂單,並確保訂單內容正確無誤
  • Clean designated areas and utensils. 清潔指定的區域與餐具用具。
  • Assist wherever needed. 配合需求,支援其他相關工作。

Qualifications:

  • Two years of kitchen work experience, High School graduate 二年廚房相關之工作經驗,高中畢
  • Mandarin fluency 流利中文
  • Class C Technician Certificate for Chinese Cuisine Cookery or Western Culinary 中餐或西餐丙級技術士證書
  • Cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation 烹飪技巧與食物準備知識
  • Knowledgeable about sanitation具備衛生知識與概念
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time 能長時間站立
  • Hardworking, ability to lift heavy objects when necessary 勤奮並在必要時能搬重物
  • Attention to detail, especially food safety, food quality & sanitation 注重細節,尤其是食物安全、品質與衛生

10-month position

Work schedule: 06:00 AM to 14:30 PM, inclusive 0.5  hour lunch break
