【工作內容|What You' ll Do】
1. 協助處理商家合約、上架表單及資料審核。
2. 維護商家後台資料,協助商品上架與內容更新。
3. 支援商家操作教學與活動邀請,維護商家合作關係。
4. 完成主管交辦任務及專案支援工作。
【我們希望你是這樣的人|What You'll Need】
1. 熟練使用 Excel、PowerPoint、Word 等文書工具。
2. 做事細心有效率,能同時處理多項任務。
3. 具備良好的溝通能力與時間管理技巧,具責任感與主動性。
4. 對細節敏感,樂於協助他人解決問題。
5. 具備中文與英文的基本聽說讀寫能力。
【加分條件|Nice to Have】
1. 具備商務或行政支援實務經驗者佳
2. 熟悉後台操作流程或資料建檔系統尤佳
3. 對旅宿、餐飲、美業等生活娛樂產業有興趣
【工作時間|Working Hours】
1. 本職位為三個月短期工讀,視情況延長或有機會轉正。
2. 每週可實體到辦公室總天數三天以上者優先(時間彈性)。
