【What you will be doing】
- 協助業務單位人員內部行政支援相關作業
- 協助處理合約建檔及換約等相關作業
- 公司營運等相關系統操作
- 主管交辦事項
- 外場活動支援

【Who we are looking for】
- 行政文書:工作細心謹慎,能高效處理例行事務、熟悉 Google Suite、Microsoft office
- 邏輯分析:良好的組織能力,能夠有邏輯、有架構的將複雜或多元的資訊整理的簡單易懂
- 文字表達:能快速有效率將資訊整理成流暢的文字提供精準重點以信件或訊息對話
- 正向溝騰:能依部門訂定規則或主管指示明確且精準的回覆同事提出的問題
- 積極主動:保持正面態度提問並預想解決方案,保有不斷學習、吸收新知,面對不同挑戰的熱誠

【It'd be plus if you have】
- 1年以上電子商務或實體零售通路經驗,具輔導與解決經營問題實務工作經驗尤佳
- 個性正面積極、具高度抗壓性、有強烈企圖心
