作為一位執行助理,你需要擔任關鍵協調者的角色,不僅要同步工程部門與其他部門的狀態,也要進行協商,確認關鍵技術功能的落地執行。你也應對協作卡關的問題保持敏感,並與高層經理一同合作解決這些問題。此外,你需與不同部門或外部廠商進行協調與談判,確保工程部門能提供完整的服務,進而協助公司達成目標。換句話說,我們希望找尋一位具備優秀溝通能力的人才加入我們的團隊

工作內容

• 安排工程主管的行程
• 協調與人資業務夥伴進行工程部門的績效考核時程
• 協助舉辦工程部門全員大會
• 與各利害關係人協商,確保開發的功能或服務能符合他們的需求
• 收集利害關係人對工程部門的回饋,必要時主導改善計畫的推動
• 與外部廠商進行功能開發合作的談判
• 擔任工程部門公關機會的主要聯絡窗口

必要條件

• 熟悉日文
• 至少三年以上執行助理相關經驗
• 有資訊科技相關產業的工作經驗
• 良好的溝通與談判能力
• 有解決關鍵且複雜問題的經驗

加分條件

• 熟悉英文
• 具備資訊科學相關背景
  
  

We are currently hiring for Executive Assistant  to join us: 

 
As an executive assistant, you need to play as a key coordinator to not only sync the engineering department status with different departments but also negotiate for confirming critical tech features landing. You should also be sensitive about collaboration stuck issue and work with upper managers to overcome the issues. Moreover, you are required to negotiate with different departments or external vendors to make sure Engineering department can provide the completed services to contribute company's objectives. In other words, we prefer a good communication talent to join us.

Tasks

1. Engineering Head Schedule Arrangement.
2. Engineering Performance review schedule coordination with HR BP.
3. Engineering all hands meeting supporting.
4. Stakeholders negotiation to make sure the developed features or services can fulfill their needs.
5. Collect the feedbacks about engineering from stakeholders and be the main owner to support the improvement plan if need.
6. External vendors negotiation for features development cooperation.
7. Main contact of Engineering PR opportunities.

Requirements
Must be

1. Be familiar with Japanese.
2. 3 years experience of Executive Assistant at least.
3. Has working experience of IT related industry.
4. Good communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Has experience to solve critical and complex problems.

Nice to have

1. Be familiar with English.
2. Has computer science background.
