You will be responsible for Shopee Taiwan's different projects, such as devising business strategies, spearheading initiatives, working with cross-functional and regional teams, and tracking progress to ensure we operate efficiently, and provide services that exceed users' expectations.

職務內容:

1) Analyze, monitor, and report users' (including buyers and sellers) performance using operational metrics

2) Diagnose the root causes and identify problem

3) Design solutions, improvement plans, and initiatives tailored to each type of problem

4) Drive from end to end the roll-out and adoption of initiatives, tools, features

5) Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to senior management

職位要求:

1) Fresh graduates are welcome.

2) Solid problem-solving and data analysis skills

3) Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely

4) Ability to structure presentation slides in logical and structured manner

5) Adaptable with ambiguous information

6) Able to influence and collaborate with management in cross-functional teams

7) Ability to work independently and productively under ambiguous, fast-paced working environment
