Product Manager-智慧交通與海事產品

ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ
As the Product Manager focusing on maritime and road transportation, you will inject market insight to the creation of an enticing product roadmap. You will explore the demand by interfacing leading transportation players and make proposals for Moxa product lines that include (not limited to) networking switch, wireless gateways, computer, and device servers. You will support Regional Business Units (RBU) for business engagement by supplying application and product level knowledge and achieve a winning combination of customer satisfaction and profitability. Your communication skills and knowledge in industrial networking/computing and the target applications in road transportation and maritime are key to achieve success in this position.

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

• To equip yourself with solid knowledge of Moxa solution specializing in targeted applications.
• To provide necessary support at product level to support RBUs' business engagement in Transportation. Coverage includes (not limited to), understanding the inquiries with timely response, and transforming inquiries into a business proposal.
• To explore market needs and technology trends and apply the insight to establish a proposal that strengthens /broadens Moxa product portfolio to address profitable opportunities.
• To lead the concept phase of new product development: drive the supporting functions to understand the defined objectives (technical trend, product features, timelines, and PoC management).
• To collaborate with regional sales team to achieve Key Accounts' satisfaction in the role of product focal pivoting the Moxa product business groups.
• To collaborate with marketing team and product team to streamline go-to-market strategy.

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

• Education: 大學以上.
• Experience: 8 years + (5 years + 產品開發經驗)
• Language: 中/英文— 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通 (若有涉略其他語言 (ex. 日文、韓文) 並達商務會議水準歡迎列出,將列入考慮)

ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴅ ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴇᴛᴇɴᴄɪᴇs

• Proven successful track record in product development and management.
• Work experience in secure networking is a strong plus.
• Bachelor or Master degree in BA and Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Chinese as base).
• Positive attitude with resilience of characteristics.
