Yixing Process Manager

You will join China telecom Quality team and base in Yixing, you responsibilities are:
- Be responsible for the preliminary process review of new orders and new designs
- Be responsible for the process flow design of all procedures in the entire factory
- Be responsible for leading the team to design and optimize the tooling and fixtures
- Be responsible for leading the team to confirm and optimize the standard labor hour setting from R&D
- Be responsible for the definition and optimization of production layout
- Be responsible for the review of process documents
- Be responsible for supervising and guiding the production process
- Be responsible for leading the team to identify process risks in each manufacturing process, and take corrective and preventive measures
- Promote the continuous improvement of production processes to meet the company's demands for cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement
- Direct and supervise process engineers and assistant process engineers
- Organize new product development, process optimization, trial of new materials and trial production of new equipment, etc
- Review and approve product and test specifications or standards
- Lead the establishment of specifications or standards for raw materials, production processes and finished products
- Responsible for process to ensure that basic quality, production and supply requirements are met
- Provide technical support to new projects
- Plan process related training
- When the subordinate staff has a temporary vacancy, responsible for all the duties of the vacant position
Who we are looking for:
- College degree above, major in cable related
- At least 5 years experience in process team management
- At least 8 years working experience in a relevant position, with more than 5 team management experience
- Focus on team work, actively solve problems, and have a sense of safety first
- Proficient in statistical techniques, quality systems, Six Sigma, cable installation and operation knowledge
- Proficient in QC7 tools
- Strong driving and problem solving skills
- Strong data analysis and plan
