Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supplementary workflows, including step-by-step guidelines.
  • Build and enhance the project management framework for product teams, ensuring clarity in documentation and reporting processes.
  • Support the creation of cross-department business requirement management systems to improve collaboration efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team operations, providing objective insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project progress and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability in facing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
  • Prior experience in project management or process optimization is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
