About Your Role
我們正在尋找一位積極主動、具備銷售熱忱的業務專才,負責全聯通路的業績與陳列管理,並與門市及代理商建立良好合作關係。若您對快速變動的零售環境充滿熱情,並擅長與人溝通協調,歡迎加入我們的團隊

What You'll Do

主要工作內容:

• 業績達成

• 全面負責所屬區域的銷售目標達成,持續追蹤並優化業績表現。

• 門市客戶管理與問題處理

• 積極與全聯門市經理、區域經理建立良好關係,確保合作順暢。

• 即時處理區域內的銷售與營運問題,提升客戶滿意度。

• 商品陳列與促銷活動執行

• 根據每月促銷檔期(每月至少兩檔),規劃並執行門市商品陳列,確保符合DM上刊品項與品牌形象。

• 貨架陳列優化

• 強化店內貨架排面,提升商品能見度與吸引力,促進銷售成效。

• 庫存管理

• 定期巡店,掌握商品庫存水位,預防缺貨,確保商品供應穩定。

• 節慶檔期支援

• 於中秋、農曆新年等重要節慶期間,協助貨量補充與現場銷售推動,確保業績最大化。

What You need to be successful

• 大專以上學歷 具備良好的學習能力與邏輯思維,能快速掌握產品與市場資訊。
• 熟悉電腦操作 能靈活運用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等辦公軟體,處理日常報表與簡報製作。
• 具備基本數據分析能力 能理解並分析簡單的業績數字,協助優化銷售策略與資源配置。
• 一年以上賣場或通路相關經驗 熟悉零售現場運作,能快速上手並與門市建立良好合作關係。
