As the Head of Commercial Operations, you will lead the design and execution of business strategies to optimize market performance, drive sales growth, and enhance field force productivity and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with BU Heads, Sales, and Marketing to refine Go-To-Market models, develop strategic plans and ensure execution excellence
  • Drive the vision, culture, and pillars of Commercial Excellence (ComEx) to achieve top-line growth, optimize resources and deliver targeted profitability
  • Implement strategic ComOps/ComEx projects to support sustainable sales growth and expand margins.
  • Develop and manage field force commercial capability program and reward & recognition program, develop a best-in-class field force with high motivations to drive sales and growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Head or BU Head, provide support to roll out regional Marketing Excellence initiative to standardize framework, improve local processes and drive adoptions; guide local digital lead to drive Market Mix Modeling and next best actions to optimize marketing / channel resources (including Digital and Multichannel Engagement).

Requirements

  • University degree in Science, Economy, or Business Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Senior Executive with 10+ years in commercial environments, including 5+ years in management roles, background in pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of local healthcare systems.
  • Proven track record in Sales Management, SFE, BI, Training, and Marketing.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, communication, negotiation, and performance in complex matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in English both written and oral.
