Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners in Taiwan. This includes regular communication, joint business planning, and ensuring that distributors are fully aligned with business strategies, product roadmaps, and value propositions.
  • To achieve and exceed sales targets through distribution channels. This involves setting sales objectives for distribution partners, tracking their performance, and implementing corrective actions or support plans to hit revenue and market share goals.
  • Coordinate channel partner onboarding, training, and certification, making sure distributors have the necessary product knowledge, technical documentation, and marketing resources to successfully promote Infineon products. This often involves holding product seminars, webinars, and workshops.
  • Support distributors in proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities across various markets (Power, security, industrial, automotive, etc.). And work closely with distributor to drive design-in activities, support technical requirements, and manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to order fulfillment.
  • Optimize distributor inventory levels, ensure timely product availability, and manage order fulfillment. This requires close cooperation with logistic teams, demand planners, and distributors to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales, marketing or managing distribution experience with strong technical background.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and their handling requirements.
  • Interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial skills and business development skill
  • Good analytical skills and able to work independently, self- motivated
