As a Programs Specialist, you will enthusiastically represent the Google brand and build our talent pipeline. Whether it's making our recruiting systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships on college campuses or cultivating the next generation of computer scientists, you will have a keen understanding on the recruiting needs of Google and the broader hiring landscape. You'll be focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs, and you are the glue that ties together a cross-functional and international group of recruiting teams.
In this role, you will be focused on cultivating candidates for Google's hiring needs in Greater China region. You will be communicating in Mandarin and English to represent Google and build talent pipeline for Google's Business and Tech organizations. You will partner with the business to drive programs and recruitment that enhance Google's efforts to attract, engage and retain talents.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). Responsibilities:
- Execute go-to-market programs to build Google's candidate pipeline and ensure delivery.
- Build internal or external communication as per Google guidelines to promote events, audiences, and drive participation. Create social media communication, promote employee advocacy, research best practices, and benchmark to build a social presence.
- Partner with external vendors to design/execute events (e.g., career fairs, flagship) and create branding collaterals.
- Implement engagement/outreach programs to activate pipelines for mid-executive talent recruiting. Build data, reporting, and insights to measure program impact; use analysis to recommend improvements and drive initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with internal/external partners (e.g., recruitment, vendors) for program execution. Manage Greater China and Asia-Pacific (APAC) collaboration, partnering with recruiting teams on strategy to grow hiring efficiency.
