We're looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in taiwan In this role, you'll play a key part in building a strong and engaged workforce — focusing mainly on end-to-end recruitment (80%), while also supporting general HR initiatives (20%) to strengthen our people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective talent strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding activities.
• Use various platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to monitor effectiveness and timelines.

HR Operations (20%)

• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR communications.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
• Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, learning programs, and company culture projects.
• Provide administrative support and coordination for HR-related matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
• Passionate about people and culture, with a genuine interest in building great teams.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency (for cross-border collaboration).
• Experience in retail hiring is a plus
