We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on business function hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting business/operation functions. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets.
Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business roles, with a focus on financial product teams including futures, derivatives, and quantitative etc.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels including direct sourcing, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for specialized financial roles.
- Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence within the financial products and trading space.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring metrics and improve processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or fintech sectors.
- Proven experience recruiting for specialized financial roles.
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading strategies, and quantitative roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience recruiting in global markets .
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial hiring.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
